Welcome to Merry Go Round – Play Land! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our play area and website, www.merrygoroundplayland.com (“Site”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Rules
1.1 Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Merry Go Round – Play Land is not responsible for supervising children.
1.2 Age Limit: Our play area is designed for children (Kids & Toddlers).
1.3 Behavior: All visitors must follow the instructions of our staff and adhere to posted rules and regulations. Disruptive behavior, including rough play and inappropriate language, is not tolerated.
1.4 Health and Safety: Parents/guardians must ensure their children are in good health before entering the play area. Please notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
2. Admission and Fees
2.1 Entry Fees: Admission fees are payable at the entrance. We offer various packages, and prices are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Booking: For birthday parties or group bookings, a reservation is required. A deposit may be necessary to secure your booking.
2.3 Refunds: Admission fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen closures, we may offer refunds or reschedule bookings. For more information on Refund please read our Refund Policy
3. Liability
3.1 Assumption of Risk: By entering Merry Go Round – Play Land, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your visit.
3.2 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.
4. Website Use
4.1 Content: All content on our Site, including text, images, and videos, is for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or reliability.
4.2 Third-Party Links: Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

Party Booking Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Party Booking:-
Important Terms and Conditions which are agreed :-
1) Socks are Mandatory to enter the play area for both kids and Adults. We request the host to inform party guests accordingly.
2) In case the Party guests forgets to bring the socks for the play area, Stocks for the party guests will be billed to the Host at Rs 79/Pair.
3) A Non-refundable token Amount of Rs 5,000 to be paid for the Date Confirmation which is adjusted to the Total Payable Amount.
4) 60% Payment to be made 3 Days in Advance and 100% Payment to be completed before the Event Starts.
5) This document specifies that a minimum number of guests, termed Minimum PAX Count (Above), will be billed regardless of low attendance of Hosts guests. Additional party guests up to 10% above this minimum PAX count will be charged at the standard rate (price/person). Party Guests exceeding this buffer will incur a 25% surcharge on the standard price per person and billed as per the actual count of the Guests.
6) Any Additional Items or Beverages requested by party guests will be informed to the POC of the Party Host, upon his/her verbal acceptance during the party it shall be charged as per ala carte rates of the Restaurant/ Café.
7) Any Items on the Kids Table are only kept for the kids, having those items served to the adult tables will be charged as per ala carte rates of the Restaurant/Café.
8) Birthday song will be played during the Cake Cutting Time for 3 minutes
9) Any other song requests like playing Bollywood or any personal songs preferences will not be accepted by the Venue Team
10) Venue shall be playing its own playlist which it deems suitable for the Host party guests.
11) Name and Number of Point of contact person during the party time, only this person will be contact during the party time for coordination of the party sequence.
12) Number of the PAX shall be determined by the Tag which will be put by the venue team on your party guests and not on buffet plate usage , if you wish, provide the venue team a list of your party guest with the exact count beforehand; please do so before the party start. Please note venue shall not take down the name your party guests before placing the tags; only a verbal confirmation from your party guest will be considered while placing the party tag on your guests.
