    • Socks Requirement: All visitors, including adults, must wear socks to enter the play area. Entry will be denied to anyone refusing to comply with this rule.
    • Personal Belongings: Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management will not be held liable for any loss or damage to valuables.
    • Equipment Damage: Any damage to play area equipment will incur a fine. The amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
    • Hygiene: If a child has an accident involving bowel movement or vomiting within the play area premises, it is the
      responsibility of the parent or guardian to promptly inform the management. Failure to do so may result in a penalty.
    • Extended Stay: If a child exceeds their allotted playtime by more than 15 minutes, an extension fee will be charged for the next hour.
    • Package Rules: Package terms must be strictly adhered to. No exceptions will be made regarding time limits or
      additional children (cousins / friends) beyond those included in the package. Violation of these rules may result in
      cancellation of the package without a refund.
    • Parental Access: Only one parent or guardian is allowed to enter the play area with one child. An additional adult may enter for Rs 99/- per hour.
    • Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. The management is not responsible for the safety of unsupervised children.
    • Food and Drinks: No food or drinks, including water bottles, are allowed inside the play area.
    • Health and Safety: Children who are unwell or displaying symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, cold) are not permitted in the play area. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any child who appears unwell.
    • Behaviour: Aggressive behaviour, including pushing, hitting, or bullying, will not be tolerated. Children exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the play area.
      Age Restrictions: The play area is designed for children aged [1 – 15 Yrs]. Children outside of this age range may be restricted from using certain equipment for safety reasons.
    • Photography and Filming: Photography and video recording are allowed, but please be considerate of other children & parents. The management reserves the right to request the deletion of any photos or videos that violate privacy concerns.
    • Waiver of Liability: By entering the play area, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept that the management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur. All activities are at the participant’s own risk.
    • Compliance with Staff Instructions: All visitors are expected to comply with instructions given by our staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
    • Cleanliness: Please encourage your child to use the restroom before entering the play area. The management maintains strict hygiene standards, and parents are encouraged to support these efforts.
    • Restrict: Adults are strictly prohibited from using the play equipment to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children.

    Refund Policy

    At Merry Go Round — Playland, we strive to provide a delightful experience to all our customers.

    Please read our refund policy carefully:

    No Refunds:

    Payments made for party bookings, events, Salon services, hourly rates, Day Packages and food at Merry Go Round — Playland all kinds of payments made to Merry Go Round — Playland   are non – Refundable.

    Exemptions:

    Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

    Cancellation of an event or service by Merry Go Round — Playland Team due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Serious Medical emergencies or unforeseen situations requiring bedrest of Guest/Customer/Host, supported by Doctors Prescription from an accredited hospital but it needs to be informed 48 hours prior to any for party bookings, events, Salon services, hourly rates, Day Packages and food at Merry Go Round — Playland.

    Refund Process:

    For exemptions, customers must submit a written request along with necessary supporting documents 48 hours prior to the event.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 – 21 business days and returned via the original mode of payment.

    Non-Transferable:

    Refunds, if granted, are non-transferable and will only be issued to the original payer.

    Amendments:

    Merry Go Round — Playland reserves the right to amend the refund policy without prior notice.

    Cancellation and Booking Loss:

    In cases where your cancellation prevents us from accepting another potential booking for the same date, no refunds will be issued as the advance payment is meant to compensate for this loss.

    Rescheduling Option:

    Instead of cancellation, customers may request to reschedule their event, Service. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the original event date.
